Topless Boxing from the 1970s
This is a segment from the 1977 documentary movie "Jabberwalk" (Aka "This is America") although it has been reused in at least one other movie that I know about.

Would love to see them both at a catfight match. Surely, it would be long,exausting and sexy.

ReplyDeleteThe clip is actually from This Is America Part 2 (1980), a follow up by the same crew who had done This is America (1977) aka Jabberwalk.
ReplyDeletePart 1 featured a segment of night club mud wrestling on a ring, and another segment of pro wrestling, Fabulous Moolah vs Susan Green, which may have been the match in which Moolah recovered her "lost" title belt to Green.
Part 2 featured 6 segments of fighting girls: a pair of nuns doing karate; two pairs of Joan Wise's stable in amateur bikini wrestling for an audience; and a bar in Galveston, Texas, presenting 3 boxing matches - Cathy 'Cat' Davis vs Uschi Doering (real boxers) and topless "grudge matches between local girls", actually fights between well known porn stars, first Dian Bailey vs Lisa Bee, and then (your exciting clip...) Veronica Hart vs Vanessa del Rio.
Vanessa knew an extended career as model and adult actress, and her biography has been the object of a large volume published by Taschen, in December 2007.
